Please arrive 10-15 minutes early to allow time to prepare yourself for your session.
*Arriving late to your session will require a re-booking.
Our caves can be cool so we ask you to wear comfortable clothing and perhaps bring your favorite blanket . Absolutely no shoes are allowed to be worn in the caves . Please bring socks or you can purchase a pair from our retail store.
Please be respectful to others in the Cave. No phones or other electronic devices are permitted.
This will help you and others to fully relax and enjoy the experience without any distraction.
All of our services are meant to be quiet and serene spaces.
Avoid loud conversations that may disturb others.
Entrance is to the rear of the building.
We have provided a dog station for your convenience so please walk your dog prior to entering. This is not a drop off service therefore, you must remain in the cabin with your pet throughout the 20 minute session .
Please do your best to keep your friend quiet and calm so they don’t disturb other clients.
Due to limited seating and availability we require 24 hours notice on cancellations, modifications or rescheduling of your appointments.
Cancellations or rescheduling outside of this time will be charged the full amount.
