When visiting our state-of-the-art Salt Cave, it is important to follow proper etiquette to ensure a pleasant experience for yourself and others. Here are some guidelines to keep in mind:
Please arrive 10-15 minutes early to allow time to prepare yourself for your session.
*Arriving late to your session will require a re-booking.
*Our salt cave is video monitored and recorded
Our caves can be cool so we ask you to wear comfortable clothing and perhaps bring your favorite blanket . Absolutely no shoes are allowed to be worn in the caves . Please bring socks or you can purchase a pair from our retail store.
Please be respectful to others in the Cave. No phones or other electronic devices are permitted.
This will help you and others to fully relax and enjoy the experience without any distraction.
All of our services are meant to be quiet and serene spaces.
Avoid loud conversations that may disturb others.
A waiver must be signed in order to participate in any of our services.
Due to limited seating and availability we require 24 hours notice on cancellations, modifications or rescheduling of your appointments.
Cancellations or rescheduling outside of this time will be charged the full amount.
